The space was good. Kind of like two spaces in one. One side was darker than the other, which worked nicely for us. We met on the brighter side and rehearsed on the darker side. There's another studio right next door, which was empty while we were there, but would have probably been a nuisance if someone else was renting it out. There wasn't a door separating the spaces, just an open space. Would probably rent here again. It looks like they have a large kitchen in the middle. We were able to park in their lot but I think we were the only ones there that day.
Great space- two almost the same spaces within the room… one has a large skylight, so that’s good to know for lighting. Pretty simple otherwise just like the pictures. Communication with the host was great and friendly. Recommend!
