About the Space
2750 sq ft (58W x 48D x 16H) Cyclorama (24W x 20D x 15H) 600 AMP 3-Phase Power Conference Table w/Chairs Fitting Room We are located in the Arts District downtown and can be used for photography, film, commercials, production and events. This booking is an individual room inside a building that houses multiple studio rooms. Entire building can be booked or rooms can be booked individually. Production and photography booking hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8am-8pm. Bookings outside of our regular hours will be overtime which is 1.5X the hourly rate per hour over. Private Event bookings can be arranged Friday-Saturday 8am-2am. We will make exceptions for booking outside of the designated days if scheduling allows. We have a full kitchen (add on), air conditioning, a freight door, loading dock and parking as well as restrooms. Please contact us for private event bookings. We have vendors including valet, security, bartenders, catering, food trucks, sound equipment, lighting equipment and DJs.
