Suburban oasis great for filming & photo shoots! Our marketing event held at Beverly's rental property was an absolute success. Thanks to her outstanding hospitality and her property's stunning backdrop, the flow of our event was seamless. It was a unique and budget-friendly affair that offered an unforgettable experience and clearly showcased our brand's vision and message. I'm especially grateful for her working with us on pricing, so we could stay within our budget. We'd recommend this rental space to anyone!

Suburban oasis great for filming & photo shoots! I recently had the pleasure of renting this stunning home for a photoshoot, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment our crew stepped inside, we were blown away by the impeccable aesthetics and attention to detail. Every corner of this house exuded charm and class, making it the perfect backdrop for our creative endeavors.
The owner of the home, was incredibly accommodating and made the rental process seamless. She was responsive to our inquiries, provided clear instructions, and ensured that the property was in pristine condition upon our arrival. Her professionalism and hospitality added to the overall positive experience, making us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay.
We plan to return for another shoot and highly recommend anyone to book this space!
