Owned by a television show producer, we are familiar with all of your production needs. This residential shooting space is tranquil, has an abundance of natural light and has great character for filming. Different rooms showcase their own unique vibe and can set the mood for many different story lines. This space is also available for outdoor events with a patio, spacious and manicured backyard, perfect for multiple tents, tables and chairs. Rates are negotiable.

I recently had the pleasure of renting this stunning home for a photoshoot, and I cannot recommend it enough!
