While all members of crew were very polite, friendly and respectful, time was not managed well and they stayed 1.5hrs over the time requested which was an inconvenience for host and guests of host. Seems a less experienced crew. Crew did not take photos of where furniture and smaller items were placed before moving things. Thus, during cleanup (which was quite rushed), furniture, pillows, wall hangings, plants and other items were not returned to their original place. Cable box was unplugged from tv and crew members did not reconnect it or inform host. Photos were knocked out of their frame.
Most notably, host was asked for the use of her rice cooker, two bowls and a knife and was assured all would be cleaned up before leaving. In host's previous experience, crews bring all of their own items, including water to feed the crew. Host found multiple pots, bowls, plates, glasses, utensils and more were used without permission and poorly cleaned after use (and two utensils are missing). Rice cooker was left with rice in it and trash was left in kitchen. Caked on food was left on floor, table and kitchen countertops.
