Welcome to The Dons with a view! You found the chic, open concept mid-century modern condo with that boho vibe you were looking for! Great space for fashion shoots, filming, small meetings, interviews, coaching, meditation, and more. Lots of windows overlook the Kenneth Hahn park and the Hollywood sign can be seen from the balcony on a clear day. You can watch a gorgeous sunset over the hills everyday from the west facing windows! You can't be anything but relaxed with all the greenery all around you! Hardwood floors, bronze accents and white couches give a classic feel to this space. Lots of natural light and overhead recessed dimmable lights. There is a spare bedroom and an office that can be used for makeup and hair. Feel free to ask any questions, I'd love to have you! *Please note, there is no use of kitchen utensils, pots, plates, etc*
