David's home is a midcentury dream! We filmed in the Kitchen, Dining Room and the exterior Driveway. The home was spacious enough for our larger production (45ppl), a great finished basement for extra holding space. David was always quick to respond to any questions I had. It also has a beautiful green backyard that was perfect for setting up lunch.
David was great and super accommodating. The space is wonderful and the amazing exterior was perfect for our commercial shoot. The town of Baxter Estates was a simple permit process as well. I would recommend booking this space to anybody!
