BRAND NEW! Architectural Mediterranean Inspired Designed Creative Studio! Our studio is a 1000 sq. space with a Mediterranean-inspired design with minimal vintage elements for content creation. Our lifestyle studio is located in the heart of Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. It is perfect for photographers, videographers, and influencers. Our studio rental features: textured faux marble walls, a curved bench, a stunning floral silk tree, an arch, concrete floors, 10 ft ceiling windows with natural lighting, and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life. Our East Facing Studio Has Natural Day Light. By booking this studio, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (ARCH, CURVED BENCH, FLORAL SILK TREE, PHOTO STEPS, LEAN MIRROR, AND STONE PEDESTAL) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages, and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Giggster if pieces of furniture are moved from the original place after booking. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRE, SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, ALCOHOL, OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, PAINT, AND WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. NO SHOES PERMITTED OR STANDING ON FURNITURE. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR FURNITURE. NO ANIMALS OR PETS. NO LOUD MUSIC NO BODY OILS.
