About the Space

This unique 1950 block construction art deco home is incredible inside and out. It features modern touches mixed with is original charm. It has an incredible master bathroom suite, lots of mid century furniture and unique decor, rock n roll imagery and has some overall masculine yet colorful vibes. Most of the house has 8 foot ceilings, however, there are vaulted ceilings in the master bathroom upstairs. Almost all of the walls have some sort of texture to them, and many of the corners are curved. Flooring in the home is light wood unless otherwise specified. The house has brand new windows throughout which are not only beautiful but they provide a nice sound barrier from nearby Briley Parkway. There is a full rustic kitchen with original wood cabinetry and bright yellow walls and modest appliances and an eat in nook. The rest of the property features mature trees and tree swings, a modern shed, and 10 evergreen trees that make for a lovely background for cute holiday portraits.
