Toilet use only if 15 guests or fewer. **9PM-10PM prorated at 1.5x rate. Hard end time (i.e. wheels rolling) is 10PM. ***Clock begins agreed start time, not arrival time, if later. Clock ends agreed end time, not departure time, if earlier. We follow Peerspace recommendations: "Ask guests to enter *real* first and last name and any Web pages that externally verify identity and film/photography credentials," i.e. company/agency/school website with above info. PLEASE BRING: -- **Blackout material for windows & French doors. Curtains may not be adjusted, i.e. closed, opened, or removed..** -– Clear vinyl floor runner/mats to protect hardwood floors and good rugs. Or ram board. –- Booties. We ask to leave shoes at entrance and wear booties over socks or just socks. –- Thick, warm socks for underneath booties, as we ask to take off shoes. *[Please speak with us if you will use only handheld cameras, or a single standing camera. Other protective equipment may be sufficient depending on which rooms you will use]. Partial nudity allowed. Re. full nudity, please contact us.

We had a really great experience shooting here. The space is beautiful, full of character, and exactly as shown in the photos. It worked perfectly for both photo and video. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything went exactly as planned, and the space was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and would love to shoot here again.

We recently shot a short film in this house, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The owners are incredibly kind, charming, and genuinely welcoming, they were always ready to help, answer questions, and offer guidance whenever we needed it. The house itself is absolutely stunning. It’s honestly one of the best filming locations I’ve ever worked at. We were free to use any area we needed and move around the space comfortably, which made the entire production process smooth and enjoyable. The surroundings are beautiful as well, adding even more value to the location. With so many diverse rooms and areas to work with, this place can suit a wide range of productions. I highly recommend it to any crew looking for a versatile, visually impressive, and truly pleasant shooting location.
