Great spaced great customer service. They were very kind to deal with. We used big room which had a lot of space and they turned off AC which was great. Our crew told me they could hear the rain which makes me believe for filming its not completely sound proof.

You agree to obtain and keep in force, during the term of your occupancy and use of the premises for your Event, policies of General Liability insurance, Premises-Operations, Broad Form Property Damage, Automobile and Personal and Injury Liability with limits not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, and, if applicable, Worker's Compensation insurance to statutory limits, and Employer's Liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to obtain and keep in force during the term of your Event, a policy of Excess/Umbrella Liability in the amount of $3,000,000. You agree to include ARE-NC Amenities No. 3, LLC d/b/a Apella™, Backal Management Group, LLC, ARE-NC Region No. 23, LLC, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.
