You agree to obtain and keep in force, during the term of your occupancy and use of the premises for your Event, policies of General Liability insurance, Premises-Operations, Broad Form Property Damage, Automobile and Personal and Injury Liability with limits not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, and, if applicable, Worker's Compensation insurance to statutory limits, and Employer's Liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to obtain and keep in force during the term of your Event, a policy of Excess/Umbrella Liability in the amount of $3,000,000. You agree to include ARE-NC Amenities No. 3, LLC d/b/a Apella™, Backal Management Group, LLC, ARE-NC Region No. 23, LLC, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.
