The Rochester Mansion is an historical Southern style mansion, nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. This majestic vintage property was once owned by famous actor and radio personality, Eddie Rochester Anderson; who acted in notable classics such as The Jack Benny Program (1950), Cabin in the Sky (1943) and Gone With the Wind (1939). The authentic property features a bar/lounge, a piano room, 7 bedrooms with a solarium, a spiraling staircase, and beautiful pool in the backyard. In addition to the main property, we also have a cottage and guest house available for shooting and/or crew storage. Feel free to dress up the set with our classic furniture or remove it to fit your specific needs. It sits in a quiet, residential area. Good neighbors.
