About the Space

Large, open, raw brick and wood planked ceiling warehouse with steel beams and vintage appeal. Bricked up windows allows the large space to become almost completely dark, while opening the dock (garage) door, allows west sunlight to come into the space, providing wonderful ambient daylight. Vintage swag lamp lighting is hung in various areas of the space that can be relocated to accommodate a desired look. The warehouse is located on the ground floor, with access from the alley. There is a double garage overhead door for easy load-in. Electric outlets are available throughout the space. Total square footage is 4,000 sq ft. We are located just off of the historic Downtown Denton Square, which affords your crew many food option. If you are needing photo equipment or lighting gear, please contact us as we have quite an array of gear for rent, as well as prop sofas, chairs and rugs. Our normal business hours are from 9am - 6pm, so the price listed is for those hours, however, we are happy to accommodate your schedule as needed for an additional hourly fee.
