About the Space Welcome to our space, a brand-new 6,000 sq. ft. two-story film studio designed by filmmakers, for filmmakers. Perfect for dramas, commercials, and music videos, our space is built to double as multiple sets — flexible, versatile, and easily customizable for any creative vision. Sets and Layout The ground floor includes our Luxury Store set and an building-in-progress Courthouse set, 2 small empty rooms along with a crafty/ holding area. Upstairs, you’ll find our modern Office set with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that create a bright, cinematic, and high-end look. Customizable Design The Luxury Store is designed to adapt into a floral shop, jewelry boutique, wedding dress store, or clothing showroom. Some walls are movable (including the one behind the reception area) to create more open layouts and flexible camera setups for different production needs. Amenities Inside our warehouse, we provide four restrooms, a few folding long tables, and over 20 chairs for crew and talent comfort. The space is designed to support productions of all sizes, offering flexibility and comfort throughout your shoot day. Neighborhood Located in a convenient neighborhood with many great and affordable food options, studio offers both comfort and practicality for long shoot days. Our Team We are a team of four filmmakers and producers who understand what a smooth production needs. We’re hands-on, professional, and here to assist and support every crew that shoots here — from prep to wrap.
