The space is designed to support productions of all sizes, offering flexibility and comfort throughout your shoot day. Neighborhood Located in a convenient neighborhood with many great and affordable food options, studio offers both comfort and practicality for long shoot days. Free Gated & Street Parking We offer free gated parking for up to 6 vehicles, plus convenient on-site loading access for vans. Additional free street parking is also available around the studio. Additional Paid Parking Need more parking? Secure additional spaces at the Theresa Lindsay Senior Center, just a 4-minute walk from Film Stamp. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to reserve parking, and we'll provide the contact information. We recommend making reservations at least one week before your shoot to ensure availability. Our Team We are a team of four filmmakers and producers who understand what a smooth production needs. We’re hands-on, professional, and here to assist and support every crew that shoots here — from prep to wrap.
