Sets & Layout Ground Floor includes: - Luxury Store/ Cafe set - Office Pantry set - Crafty/ holding area - 1 empty rooms, perfect for set builds, offices, wardrobe, extra holding or green rooms - Small abandoned warehouse–style area, offering a gritty, industrial look for contrast scenes Second Floor includes: - Office CEO office (can be transformed into a Hotel Room) - manager’s office - conference room - office shared workspace - office hallway - office restrooms Customizable Design The Luxury Store: • Designed to adapt into a café, floral shop, jewelry boutique, wedding dress store, or clothing showroom • Select walls are movable, including the wall behind the reception area, allowing for open layouts and flexible camera setups Amenities Inside our warehouse, we provide four restrooms, a few folding long tables, and over 20 chairs for crew and talent comfort. The space is designed to support productions of all sizes, offering flexibility and comfort throughout your shoot day. Neighborhood Located in a convenient neighborhood with many great and affordable food options, studio offers both comfort and practicality for long shoot days. Our Team We are a team of four filmmakers and producers who understand what a smooth production needs. We’re hands-on, professional, and here to assist and support every crew that shoots here — from prep to wrap.
