About the Space

A private, fenced outdoor patio in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, one block from the convention center. A three-story exposed-brick wall runs the length of one side, a full-color street-art mural anchors the far end, overhead string lights cover the whole space, and two mounted TVs with HDMI input are ready for reference or client content. The floor is 2,500 sq ft of open, level concrete: a blank canvas with no fixed furniture. Bring in tables, lounge pieces, vendor tents, or a full set and lay it out your way, or shoot it clean. For productions: north-facing daylight along the brick wall until mid-afternoon, and an easy golden-hour or night look under the string lights with no rigging. Ample 110V power along the building wall. Street-level load-in straight from the curb through the gate, no stairs. A public parking garage is directly across the street. A holding or green area can be arranged in the vacant bar space next door, which is also available to book for interior scenes. For events: happy hours, launch parties, brand activations, pop-up markets, convention after-parties, and private celebrations. Outside catering is welcome; alcohol only through a licensed caterer or permit holder. Restrooms are available in the adjoining building. Included: fenced and gated private patio, overhead string lighting, two mounted TVs, power outlets, street-level load-in. Crew of up to 20 comfortable for shoots; up to 100 standing for events.
