Our experience booking and utilizing this property for a TV commercial shoot went as smoothly as possible. Mariah was communicative and easy to get in touch with. She was also accommodating. The property was ideal for our needs; it's spacious, and we were offered access to the cottage in the back, which proved to be an ideal space for a green room. Overall, this was a 5/5 experience and I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful upscale ranch home with a touch of modern farmhouse . Open unique concept floor plan, brand new large open kitchen with a large island and newly updated appliances. Beautiful backyard with Lounge Area, BBQ, Firepit, Lounge Chairs, Cornhole, Raised Garden beds. Perfect area to shoot/film or to utilize the space to set up craft services and have lunch/meals outdoors for your staff/crew. Super awesome modern cottage in the backyard. TONS of large picture windows with natural light making it perfect for photography and video. Large driveway to fit 6-7 cars comfortably. However NO Additional street parking. No street parking
