Our private rooftop is one of a kind and perfectly located in Woodhaven and Ozone Park (Queens). It is an amazing amnesties. Our beloved and sacred place is great for Small intimate events, Photo Shooting, Friends, Yoga workshops, Meetings, Outdoor events, Company gatherings. Depending on the occasion, it could welcome 15-35 people. You could enjoy and mesmerize by the amazing sunset views.

-Outside Catering is allowed. -No loud music after 11:30pm. -No alcohol allowed after 11:30pm and to bring and consume alcohol inside the space, you must 21 years old. -No Alcohol Selling. -No Cooking. -No Open Flame. -No Ticket Sales. -No smoking in the space or the building. -No pets allowed. -No glitter or confetti can be used. -Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. -Benrooftop or the venue is not liable for any missing or stolen property. -All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. -Guests list is required with first and last name for each of your guest. (Guests list must be provide 72 hours before the event. Otherwise, your booking will be subject to a cancellation.) -We don't allow tables and folding chairs from outside. You must get them from us with an additional cost. -DJ is allowed only if you add on your booking our DJ Pro Event Setup that includes DJ Professional Table, 2 Speakers & 2 LED Lights. Our DJ Pro Event setup is shown on add-ons of the listing for an additional cost of $150. -Event planners or any person who will being working or bring items to the venue will need to provide us an Event Insurance (certificate of insurance). -NOISE: Live Music, DJ and all music on the rooftop and the whole venue must be off at 11:30pm due to neighborhood noise ordinances.
FOOD, BEVERAGE, SERVICES: We are a raw space. We only provide access to event space venue and rooftop. We are not responsible for any event services. Services like food, beverage, glassware, Outdoor or Indoor area or Rooftop setup/breakdown, rentals, caterers, bartenders, coat check, security, AV tech, DJ, onsite coordinator, etc. must be supplied by you or your employment of an appropriate vendor. NO TOBACCO, DRUGS, or FIREARMS: No person may smoke or bring contraband inside the building, nor may any person enter the building with firearms, even if lawfully permitted. EVENT HOURS: Monday - Sunday (8am-12am). Our building must be closed and, in a broom-clean condition by 12:30am due to neighborhood noise ordinances, so breakdown must start no later than 12:00am. OVERTIME: The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. SMOKING: Not permitted inside the space or the building. Guests must go down to the street to smoke. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintaining the party flow and making sure your guests leave in a timely manner. 2. Set up, breakdown and removal of food, beverages, liquor, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, utensils, equipment and decorations. 3. Confirming that room is cleaned and empty by your designated end time. 4. Throwing all trash and recycling in designated receptacles. 5. Since this is an open space rooftop outdoor, in case of raining, storm or any other bad weather condition, you are responsible to request a reschedule within 24 hours before your event starting and we do not responsible for any damage on your decorations, equipment, personal items, Av tech, and DJ.
SET UP/CLEAN UP: The booked hours must include time for set up and clean up. I often book events on back-to-back days so guests must take everything with them at the end of the event – supplies, decorations, food, everything – unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. I am not responsible for any items left in the space overnight. SITE DECORATION: No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed, and any wall damage will be charged to the authorized credit card. No confetti are allowed on site. All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time. EVENT INSURANCE: Event planners or any person who will be working or bring items to the venue will need to provide us a Event Insurance (certificate of insurance). Please note: -The rooftop is 2 story stairs walk up with no elevator. -Any update on an accepted or confirmed booking, it'll automatically update to the current Host and General rules. -All items must be removed from the premises at the end of the event. All trash must be thrown in a garbage bag. -Venue is not open to the public. -Ages 21+.
LICENSE AGREEMENT PRIOR TO THE EVENT: Now, therefore, the Guest agree to the following terms and conditions: We are a raw space. We only provide access to event space venue and rooftop. Venue, Host and Landlords are not responsible for any event services or Guest employment of an appropriate vendor. Guests will be liable for any physical damages of the venue, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Venue , Host and Landlord may incur as a consequence of the actions of services like food, beverage, glassware, Outdoor or Indoor area or Rooftop setup/breakdown, All rentals’ equipment, caterers, bartenders, coat check, security, AV tech, DJ, Live music, onsite coordinator, decoration, etc. must be supplied by you or your employment of an appropriate vendor or any of Renter’s Guests while Renter is RESPONSIBLE of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, Owner, Host and Landlord against any and all legal actions which may arise from Guest or Renter’s use of the venue.
