My house provides easy access for equipment to get in and out of the house, with multiple entrance ways. Across the street is tremendous amounts of parking for the tractor trailers. Subway station is down the block. Potential catering area is also down the block. All in a quiet neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed. Two story brick colonial located in a film compliant community with plenty of parking. Homeowners are very easy going and will work with the film crew.
