A two-family home located in Arverne, Queens in the Rockaways. Overlooking the Dubos Point Wildlife Sanctuary (protected land) and the Bay. Beyond that you can see all of JFK Airport and all of the NYC skyline- from the freedom tower to the Empire State Building and beyond. The entire block is only a few years old- all new builds. At the end of the street is a small rocky beach only a few doors down.
