Tropical Spanish Style Home. From our outside insta worthy claw foot iron bathtub, an entertainers dream patio w/ outdoor TV, couch you could melt into, and a teak table for alfresco dining. The interior style is boho beach. Our 1926 Spanish Style home has a pleasing open floor plan that flows beautifully to the outdoor spaces and gives a nod to San Diego’s famously mild climate. As you walk through the front gate you’re greeted with an array of tropical plants, mature fruit trees, and framed doors that open out to the courtyard. The interior style is boho beach vibe with a nod to Josh’s Australian hometown of Kirra, home to one of the worlds best surf breaks. The lounge room has a buttery Italian leather sofa, bold weave jute rug, wicker side chairs, and is also equipped with the latest in tv technology. We all know the kitchen is the epicenter of a gathering. This home is perfect for hosting dinner parties. The kitchen and living room combined feel like one big room. Drinks are had at the live edge bar and living room watching on as food is prepped. Once meals are ready, guests move through to the backyard. Big doors swing open to the west facing deck where you can see peekaboo views of the downtown San Diego skyline. At dusk you’ll enjoy stepping down to the patio lined with greenery and the exterior mood lights as they come on casting shadows of the plants and their beauty.
