About the Space

A private tropical backyard space boasting over 1,500 sq. ft. with waterfall swimming pool, spa tub, tropical landscape plants and palm trees, unobstructed golf course frontage views and mountain views. You'll have access to our outdoor decor: trellis, arbor, arch, bench, fire pit and other backyard and pool furniture from tables, chairs and lounges. We have bulb string lights, multi-color changing palm tree lights everywhere and wi-fi speakers to complement your event theme and create the ambiance you desire. We also have an air-conditioned multi-purpose suite equipped with a full bath, closet mirrors, speakers, television and desk that would make an excellent space for wardrobe changing, a beauty suite for hair and make-up, office or relaxation lounge. We are located in the heart of Kapolei just one mile from a major shopping center; activities, attractions and entertainment are nearby; 10 minutes to Ko Olina Beach Resorts; 20 minutes to the Honolulu International Airport; 30 minutes to Waikiki or North Shore Oahu. We're perfect for photographers, videographers and cinematographers for photoshoots, commercial photoshoots, film shoots, film production, content creating, etc. With our great weather, we’re available for bookings year-long.
