Large pool and jacuzzi in lush Beverly Hills 90210 Flats backyard! A private and secluded feel. Great for photo/film shoots and celebrations, or just relaxing! The pool can be heated any time of year (if requested, for an additional fee) and the jacuzzi is always hot. Full use of furnished pool area and backyard, with indoor bathroom and shower (directly accessed from the backyard) that can also be used as a changing room. There is no other house access. Private driveway parking next to pool. Property is professionally maintained, and pool was replastered in 2022. Bring your food/beverages/coolers, or order delivery from your favorite restaurant, and come stretch out and relax! Enjoy my outdoor 55” TV. Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests. Conveniently located next to Santa Monica Blvd., just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Avenue, and Rodeo Drive. I will meet you when you arrive, briefly show you the property and then leave you to enjoy your time. *Minimum 2 hours for all bookings; minimum 3 hours for groups of 8+ and during holiday periods. Guests must sign a liability release.*
NOTE ON PRICING:
Hourly rate of $80 is for up to 5 people. Additional people are an additional $10 per hour. For example, a group of 6 people is $90/hr, 7 people is $100/hr, etc.
