Location Manager/Owner was very kind and helpful on the day of. Great space with plenty of set dressing for use. No AC in the location so be mindful of the weather on the day of or rent a unit. 1 story walk up, no elevator. 1 parking spot included, but not large enough for sprinter van. Parking spaces/neighbors driveways are available for rent at $200 each.
