About the Space

We are excited to offer our Cleveland location to your clients for their filming/photography or other needs. Our property artfully highlights everything beautiful & unique about the Gordon Square neighborhood. Whether for commercial or other professional use, we offer a comfortable and bright space for any filming/event needs. There is convenient free parking for 3-4 vehicles right in the front driveway for easy access loading/unloading any equipment, and unlimited free street parking in front as well. The space offers abundant natural lighting inside, as well as high speed internet for comfort and convenience. Our primary bedroom features a gorgeous floral mural that serves as a backdrop to the king bed, for a brilliant artistic touch to any photos or filming. In addition to this, our living room features a vibrant, bold Frida Kahlo print just behind a modern seating area, for even more artistic flair for your photos or film needs. The fire pit in the backyard offers a unique aesthetic, whether filming at night by the glow of warm flames, or a social daytime scene with friends/family. Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood and walking distance to the best shops, bars, and restaurants. Walk to Edgewater Beach for some lakeside photography needs, or capture the midwestern feel of the neighborhood, under tall trees and dappled sunlight.
