About the Space

Our minimum package is 4 hours. All rentals come with 1 hour set up time at no cost to you. After 1 hour the fees are added to your total hours. 50% non refundable deposit to hold date and time this will go to pay part of your balance owed. Also Rental comes with 6-8 table rounds or 6 6ft rectangular tables, 50-75 chairs, bluetooth speaker, central ac and heat. We allow decor, food, Dj, alcohol with a bartender and catering in the venue. We ask that you use chafing dishes to keep the food warm for serving. ( At this time we do not have a kitchen but we have a room that can be used for food prep and serving). The only limitation is we do not allow taco man to cook inside . Deposit is non refundable but it is added to your final balance. There is a parking lot on the side of the unit, in the back and ample amount of street parking. We do have catering and decor services available and it comes with a consultation first to make sure we can design the perfect menu and decorations for you and your guest. *Capacity 85-100 persons Thank you.
