Furnished with an eclectic collection of handmade furniture, Poly & bark, and vintage pieces sourced locally. The space also features 14' tall ceilings with exposed AC Ducts, and a glass conference room. Studio space has wall mounted backdrops including: White, Grey, Pink, and Almond papers. Free street parking is available along with 1 reserved parking spot on site. Spacious, handicap accessible bathroom on site. Small beverage fridge and water cooler included. Close proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Brightline. 10 Minutes to FLL and 40 Minutes to MIA.
