This approximately 230 sq. ft. boutique studio offers a bright and distinctive setting for small classes, workshops, meetings, tutoring sessions, wellness activities and creative productions. Large windows bring in abundant daylight, while the dramatic red-and-white statement ceiling gives the room a memorable visual identity that photographs beautifully. The flexible, open layout can be arranged for yoga, meditation, art activities, educational workshops, interviews, content creation or intimate photo shoots. The space comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, depending on the activity. Tables, chairs and selected equipment may be available upon request. Located in Vancouver’s established Dunbar neighbourhood, the studio is surrounded by local cafés, shops and everyday amenities, with convenient public transportation nearby. Two reserved parking spaces are available behind the building, and additional street parking can be found within a short walk.
