About the Space

This spacious, sun-filled studio offers approximately 480 sq. ft. of flexible open space in Vancouver’s Dunbar neighbourhood. Large windows bring in abundant daylight, while warm wood flooring, full-length movable mirrors and a clean neutral interior create a bright and professional setting. The studio works well for yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, wellness sessions, private instruction and content creation. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 yoga mats, with space for an instructor at the front. The movable mirrors and open layout allow the room to be adjusted for different activities. A simple welcome and check-in station is located beside the main studio, and additional mats, blocks and other equipment may be available for an extra rental fee. The surrounding Dunbar neighbourhood is quiet, welcoming and easily accessible, with cafés, restaurants, shops and public transportation nearby. Two complimentary parking spaces are available behind the building, with additional street parking generally available within a one-block radius.
