About the Space

First floor boasts an open floor plan with large scenic windows with plenty of natural light. Designer office with double doors sits right off the front door. Two story living room with floor to ceiling window (well almost) overlooking huge rear tree lined backyard. Backyard is fenced for safety and privacy.  Kitchen has large quartz island that becomes the perfect centerpiece for any type of gathering. Additional room off of the kitchen/dining room gives you even more space for shooting, filming, or relaxing. Area also has a wine fridge to keep all your bottles at the perfect temperature. Upstairs there are four bedrooms including a master bedroom and guest bedroom. The other two bedrooms are empty which give you the perfect creative/versatile space for staging or to store your equipment or for your crew! There is a half bath on the first floor, a full bath in the guestroom, and an additional full bathroom with double sinks upstairs. And of course the master bath! which has a freestanding tub (for deco) a large shower and large walk in closet. This is a truly amazing space with tons of natural light that can make you feel like you are vacationing in a luxury rental or that you are enveloped in the tranquility of your own home. Rate is based on low impact still photography for 15 people cast/crew.
