About the Space

Incredible gym space for personal training, small group fitness, or gym photo and video shoots. The 2,300 Square foot fitness studio and gym is just over a year old, so our equipment is less than a year old. Our gym equipment includes 3 power racks, suspension trainers, cable machine, leg press, GHD, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, bands, punching bag, plyometric boxes, rehab equipment, and cardio equipment. This gym space also has a welcome area, a kitchenette and bathrooms/locker rooms. You can can a full body work out and more in this gym space!
