The first floor features a white marble counter, white cabinets, and white subway tile backsplash, a live wood dining table with blue velvet seats, and a blue/gray linen sofa that leads out to the backyard which features an outdoor sofa, firepit, and outdoor teak dining table surrounded by lush lavender, rosemary, and succulents. A half bathroom in the stairwell leads up to... (Two car garage can be used for staging & make-up station) The second floor features a guest room with a forest green accent wall, camping lantern fixtures, book nooks, and a peloton. The master bedroom has a steely blue accent wall with pictures of calming glacial lakes. The third floor features a four leather seat surround-sound home movie theater with a 100" short throw projection screen, balcony, and a rock 'n roll themed office with black wall.
