This brand new multi-use event space is located in the heart of Venice Beach. The space is perfect for hosting art openings, pop-ups, offsite dinner parties, photoshoots, team meetings, the options are only as limited as your own imagination. Roll-up door leading to private out-door patio with access to alley for loading/unloading. Additional storage room behind the kitchen/bar. Parking Description Plenty of free street parking in front of the space and on the sounding side streets. General Rules No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Doors must be locked upon departure from the space Guests are responsible for leaving space in the condition it was given, including bringing bins for recycling of waste and collecting any food and/or other waste. The space must be returned to its original condition.
