About the Space

*Please note the rates posted are based on weekend standard hour rates and vary on weekdays. The standard full-day hire is 9 hours between 8 am - 6:30 pm. Overtime rates vary on time. Weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday at 10 am for the discounted rates to apply. All prices are subject to VAT. A substantial ceiling height of over 5 metres, with an infinity cove. On the ground floor, Studio 4 offers a substantial ceiling height of over five metres with an infinity cove and north-facing windows with the option of full blackout. The studio has a grey painted floor with client seating space, a curtained styling area, and an additional domestic fridge. Studio 4 can be used in conjunction with Studio 4A using interconnecting doors for larger shoots adding additional styling and green room space. POWER 1 x 63-amp. 1 x 32-amp single phase outlets ACCESS Via ground floor through our main entrance. KITCHENETTE AREA Includes kettle, free tea station and an additional domestic fridge empty for your use. CATERING SERVICE Plates, cutlery, glasses, serviettes and everything you need for our buffet-style catering service. PROVISIONS & STUDIO FRIDGE We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still water glass bottles are free of charge. Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges. STYLING & MAKE- UP AREA Includes one rail, 25x hangers, 2x full length wall mirrors. Extra styling EQ is available upon request. WIFI AND SOUND WIFI and Speakers are available via Bluetooth. Please note that our studios are not soundproof.
