About the Space

*Please note the rates posted are based on weekend standard hour rates and vary on weekdays. The standard full-day hire is 9 hours between 8 am - 6:30 pm. Overtime rates vary on time. Weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday at 10 am for the discounted rates to apply. All prices are subject to VAT. Our brightest daylight studio on the top floor boasting natural light from North and South facing windows, either side of a large infinity cove. Complete with a white painted wooden floor, client seating area and a large separate styling area including shower and hair backwash, private bathrooms and access to a terrace which can be used as a shoot space. Fully stocked provisions fridge and snack basket. POWER 1 x 63-amp single phase outlet. ACCESS Via Stairs only. KITCHENETTE AREA With dishwasher, sink, kettle and free tea station. Please note, Studio 2 does not have an additional empty fridge. CATERING SERVICE Plates, cutlery, glasses, serviettes and everything you need for our buffet-style catering service. PROVISIONS & STUDIO FRIDGE We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still water glass bottles are provided free of charge. Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges. STYLING & MAKE- UP AREA Includes one rail, 25x hangers, large mirror. Extra styling EQ is available upon request. WIFI AND SOUND WIFI and Speakers are available via Bluetooth. Please note that our studios are not soundproof.
