About the Space
Welcome to our renovated and tastefully decorated property! Our property is very centrally located, being just minutes from LAX and the 405 freeway. This makes it very easy to get to. Whether you are interested in a film shoot or a photo shoot or any other kind of production, you will find it a very convenient location to meet at and do what you need to do in a timely and efficient manner. Our property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. There is also an exterior patio area that can be used for a variety of purposes. Please note that this unit is the front unit on the property. There is also a back unit at the end of the driveway. The property will be delivered to you in pristine condition. A cleaning fee is included and the unit will be cleaned thoroughly in between bookings to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The property has a smart-lock on the door (meaning no keys are required)! Fast wi-fi internet is included and climate control is provided for each room so you can set the temperature according to your individual preferences and comfort. AIRCRAFT NOISE: The property is close to the LAX landing path. However, the property has double-paned windows which block out most of the noise. Parking is available on site and there is a garage as well.
