About the Space

Our newly renovated semi-detached home is the perfect location for your next production! We have a big and bright kitchen perfect for film sets. There’s a big island and tons of counter space to cook a big meal and entertain! The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and had bright natural light coming in from the backyard doors. Our house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a mid-century style mixed with some modern features. The rest of our main floor can be used too if needed. We have 2 parking spots in the front and free street parking.
