About the Space

This beautiful heritage home was built in the 1940s and served as the gatehouse to the Annandale Estate, the residence of the former lieutenant governor of Ontario. It has since been renovated to perfection and boasts stunning bright entertaining areas, wooden paneled vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped entertainers kitchen, large private pool, perennial gardens, with a private circular driveway. Located in the beautiful Bridle Path neighborhood, this iconic heritage house is perfect for large scale film and photography making, events and company meetings. We have hosted many production bookings in our space, and are well versed in accommodating production needs. Please contact us directly to discuss your client's budget and needs. Featured in Netflix's Ashley Madison Documentary. Please note I will be on premises throughout your booking - upstairs in my office and out of your way. I ofcorse am always available to help if any questions arise during your booking! Production Insurance is required for all photo and video creations. COI to the amount of $2M will need to be provided at least 24 hours before booking date.
