About the Space

Our house was newly renovated in 2018. The interior is a mix of modern, industrial and cozy chic. The main floor is open concept with bright, natural light coming in from the east and west. The kitchen is perfectly positioned between the family room and the joint living/dining room. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the backyard and pool. The backyard is an oasis, with a swimming pool (available in summer only), patio with concrete fire table and dining area. We have it all! We're steps away from Pape subway station, so easily accessible by transit. Parking is available in the driveway, nearby streets and at a Green P.
