About the Space
The Beeson Hall (ABC buyout) venue is the middle and largest section of our banquet hall, which features a permanent dance floor, stage, and audio visual projection booth. Rental Hours Rates are available for half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours)pricing. This includes your set-uptime, the event, clean- up/breakdown of any vendors. Rental time may be extended at the rate of$350/hour. Additional fees will be incurred for events that extend beyond scheduled time, including vendor breakdown. Security Building security is required for functions scheduled outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm) at a rate of$25 per hour. Off-duty police officers are required for public events and other certain events at a rate of$30 per hour, per officer. Rates subject to increase on holidays. Parking Birmingham Parking Authority Deck #3 is conveniently located directly across the street from our building on 4th Avenue North between 20thand 21st streets. Some street parking is also available.
