About the Space
The Dunn French Library provides a beautiful backdrop for a business luncheon, board meeting, seminar, or small reception. Rental Hours Rates are available for half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours)pricing. This includes your set-uptime, the event, clean- up/breakdown of any vendors. Rental time may be extended at the rate of$350/hour. Additional fees will be incurred for events that extend beyond scheduled time, including vendor breakdown. Security Building security is required for functions scheduled outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm) at a rate of$25 per hour. Off-duty police officers are required for public events and other certain events at a rate of$30 per hour, per officer. Rates subject to increase on holidays. Parking Birmingham Parking Authority Deck #3 is conveniently located directly across the street from our building on 4th Avenue North between 20thand 21st streets. Some street parking is also available. Audio Visual One microphone and lectern included with rental Data projector, screen, and audio/power sources included in most rooms* Additional equipment available to rent Technical support and/or production services may be required for some events at an additional cost Note: Please inquire for customized pricing with the host.
