Description of the 8,000 sq ft Building Upstairs: The upstairs area of this 8,000 sq ft building is divided into two sides, each accommodating a dormitory-style living arrangement with 5 bedrooms on each side. Additionally, there are two fully-equipped kitchens, one on each side, allowing for efficient meal preparation. Each side also features two restrooms, each equipped with 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers and a laundry room featuring 2 stacking washing machines, and dryers. The space includes a dedicated office area for administrative tasks, providing a comfortable and functional workspace. There is also a specialized photo room and a podcast room fully equipped with professional gear, including a Rode RODECaster Pro II Integrated Audio Production Studio Console Bundle, 2x TAP300 Microphones, 2x TAPH700 Headphones, 2x Mic Stands, and acoustic panels for sound absorption and soundproofing. This layout offers a comprehensive living and working environment for the facility's residents and staff, fostering creativity and productivity within the space. Downstairs: Description of the Space: In the reception area, you'll find two generously sized chairs in the waiting area. Separated by a glass wall, the adjacent space is dedicated to a meeting room, featuring semi-circular couches and four oversized lounge chairs for additional seating.
