Mountainside lakefront property boasting views from every level. Parking for 4 cars at street level and 2-3 more down by the house. Serene with plenty of wildlife: swans, herons, eagles, deer, etc. Great garden patio space with plenty of seating, firepit, grill, and so much more! Open floor layout, 2 full marble bathrooms, tile floor, propane fireplace, ice skating, sailing, windsurfing all permitted on the lake (conditions permitting and with prior reservation). EXTRAS (PRIOR RESERVATIONS REQUIRED): -charcuterie board or dessert board made to order (must be ordered 1 week before event) -Grill -Hot tub -Kayaks, stand up paddle board NOW THE NOT-SO-FUN STUFF: -Not child friendly due to tall walls and water -No access to beach or playground (members only) -Cleaning fee of $250 applies toward property left dirty/messy -Event insurance is required -Since we are mountainside, we are not handy cap accessible or high-heal-friendly.
