About the Space
Beautiful home built in 1890. Many of the original details of the home are showcased along with many updates. Large and open entryway with grand staircase. There are 2 fireplaces- wood-burning and gas. A butler's pantry and wine cellar are bonuses in this home. The master suite includes a bathroom, dressing room, large closets, and a sunroom which allows for the sum to brighten up the room. The top floor includes a bathroom with the original claw-foot bathtub, a home office, bedroom and open living space. The main living floor includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (includes the master). The first floor includes a sunny oversized kitchen with many windows a double oven, an eating area, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator, and freezer. The kitchen also includes a sliding door that leads out to the deck and backyard. There is a living room with a large wood-burning fireplace, a family room with built-ins, a bathroom, a butler's pantry, and a dining room with a gas fireplace and the original lighting fixtures. The lower level includes a finished basement that is used for toy room and has a large open area. The lower level also includes a laundry room. The back deck is large space with gas grill. There is a detached garage. The home sits on .5 acre and is set back from the houses on both sides which allows for optimal privacy. There is a circular driveway at the front of the home (fits 4-5 cars) and a long driveway that reaches to the back of the property that will allow for parking of an additional 6-7 cars.

Sheilagh is wonderful. The house is beautiful, comfortable, with great lighting, spacious rooms, comfortable design for big crews and a lot of parking space. Only an hour away from the city with heavy traffic, I would highly recommend using this home for any type of shoot.
