It's 700 square feet with large airy ceilings. There is beautiful light, making it easy for the plants to thrive and adding a feel of nature inside, even as the lively Brooklyn streets await outside. Come host your dinner, pop-up, film shoot or screening, celebration, workshop or book launch here! The possibilities are endless. Appliances & Furniture: Open kitchen w/ Heath ceramic tile back-splash + marble counter top -- perfect for drink / food display. Appliances = 2 subzero refrigerator drawers, 1 ice-maker, dishwasher (no stove, oven or vent). Basement for extra storage, plating and busing. Coat rack, staging area (out of sight) and gorgeous bathroom. 1 BCMT Sawhorse Table (120"l x 40"w x 28"t), Sawkill bench, 10 wicker folding chairs, 3 stools, 2 wooden chairs, 2 fold-able Fermob bistro tables & 4 indoor/outdoor chairs. All black. Utilities & AV: Central heating + cooling (responsive, efficient, and effective). HVAC w/ UV light air filtration + additional HEPA air filter units. 3 SONOS speakers for surround sound plus fast + secure WIFI, 1 projector and stand, as needed.
