Welcome to our loft-style studio for rent in the heart of Gastown! Designed with an industrial-chic flair, our spacious studio can accommodate gatherings of up to 50 people. Whether you're hosting a large event or an intimate gathering, we've got you covered. SELF-PORTRAIT STUDIO FOR YOUR EVENT Our studio features a self-portrait studio, allowing you to capture professional-quality photos without the need for a photographer – simply use our clicker and strike a pose. For smaller meetings, kids birthday parties or other type of small gatherings, we offer a cozy room, providing a conducive space for all your needs. There is a table and 8 chairs for your comfortable seating, as well as couch and a couple of arm chairs. Also we have separate bar with glasses, tea cups, plates and cutlery if you need those for your event. Price for this room will be 68/hour and it can hold up to 15 people comfortably. Need more room? You're welcome to utilize the entire space for larger gatherings, ensuring flexibility to suit your event needs that include all the kitchen with fridge and microwave for you to use. The price for booking entire space will be $150/hour. If you would like to book entire space and also have our self portrait studio included in your package the price will be $200/hour. Additionally, we provide amenities such as a projector, speaker system, and cutleries to enhance your experience. This will be additionally added to your customized bill as well as cleaning fee of 50$ . Please note, our studio is located on the third floor without an elevator.
