Our space was designed to front as a travel agency but inside is a a jewelry and art heist operation.
There are 7 distinct areas
1.Early 1970's travel agency - rotary phone, mid century office desk, travel posters, postcards, maps, books, vintage carpet and light fixtures
2.The Study - think Indiana Jones's office complete with relics from around the world. Mummies, swords, marionettes, helmets, taxidermy, roll top desk, fireplace, library of books and other curiosities
3. Assembly Hall - a rectangular room with antique modular tables, deer antler chandeliers, oversized mountain oil paintings, gold tree trunk stools, Ralph Lauren style plaid curtains
4. The Grand Hall
A large room with oversized dining table. This room features an Italian "painted" mural the ceiling, cabinets and museum style jewel relics
5. The Stage
A small scale stage with broadway brown walls and red velvet curtains. The stage faces 3 champagne color damask style parlor couches that can be moved around. The walls here feature 7 rose oil paintings that cling to "worn & torn" English wallpaper with occasional exposed concrete.
6. Stolen Art Gallery - a room filled with 10+ stolen famous paintings and sculptures. They hang from the rafters and on the wall. Surveillance camera keep their on eye on the loot! A high celling, open space with hardwood floors and museum quality furniture
7. The Music Room - a room that begins with an antique baby grand piano and leads into a beautiful parlor like private room that can be closed off with gold velvet curtains. The room features more artwork from around the world and an oversized luxury couch and armchair with a disney-like fake flame chandelier that hangs above the piano. There is also an old crank record player and gold sculptures
There are 2 bathrooms on location, and a parking lot
