About the Space

Our home is a beautiful house located 15 minutes away from Ft.Lauderdale beach. We have a spacious backyard that includes a pool with a bar, gazebo with a 70"Flat screen TV. It includes an area to dine and lounge, and has an outdoor bathroom for convenience. There are several hammocks as well as tanning chairs. (BBQ included). Great space for events, or photoshoots. Music is available to be connected through bluetooth surround sound, indoor and outside. Indoor space is available only upon request for an additional fee. Our indoor space has two rooms: One king bed with TV, One queen bed with TV and a bonus room that can be closed off with two twin beds. One bathroom with a bathtub. ( Blowdryer, Shampoo, Body wash, Conditioner,Towels included.) Our kitchen has all the essential utilities needed. (microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, stove, pots and pans, utensils.) Kitchen table sits 6 guest. Living Room has a Sofa and TV (50").

    When I first saw pictures of this event space I was so amazed! I wanted to have a baby shower and I immediately messaged the host to find out more information. I had never seen such a beautiful event space like this before and I knew I needed to book! Theresa went above and beyond to accommodate and help me have the baby shower of my dreams. I have never met a host as kind as her and her husband! Very lovely couple, who want the best for their guests! All the people who attended the party were extremely shocked to see how beautiful this place was! It’s the perfect place to have an event and/or photoshoots!
