Perfect Pop Up Retail & Event Space for Brands. With a street level door beside one of the busiest café’s on one of the most iconic blocks in the city, this event space is perfect for a brand to capitalize on heavy foot traffic and visibility next to a few iconic retailers. This space will prioritize brands who want to produce immersive and engaging events & make a splash with creative signage. There is a $150 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal. *Day rentals run from 9am-9pm only. If you need the space later in the evening you would be charged the day rate + $200 overtime per hour after 10pm regardless of the start time of your event. $500 damage deposit is taken on all rentals. This is returned in full as long as no damage or overtime is incurred. 2024 Rental Rates Regular Rates: Off Season Weekdays: Mondays-Thursdays $1100/day Off Season Weekends: $1400/day High Rates: Summer Weekdays June-September: Mondays-Thursdays $1250/day Summer Weekends June-September: Fridays-Sundays $1750/day November 26-December 31st: $1750/day Ossington Fest: $2500/day *Max rental is for 10 days (not including set up & take down) A clean modern space with one large room and two bathrooms. The back door leads on to a fire escape – the second floor of the unit has a full 500 square foot kitchenette & 400 Square foot patio – the inclusion of this space is an additional $500/day and will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Ideal for immersive retail pop-ups, product launches, special events, brand dinners etc. White walls ready for signage and light wooden flooring throughout, the exterior of the building is white – with opportunity for hanging signage above windows. Plan your dream pop-up or event on the city’s most vibrant and exciting block – with the perfect built in team for your support! In house event managers to source rentals & vendors for your activation and graphic designers & producers to bring your creative vision to life. The space includes heating, water & wifi. *It is NOT wheelchair accessible.
